This is where you can sign up your own custom devil fruits. Also this is where I will list the OC fruits:
Kaze Kaze- Wind Wind
Allows the user to transform into wind as well as control it. It can also allow them to fly with the right equipment. The user can emit winds varying in strength from most any part of the body, but the limbs are usually more efficent. As with all Devil Fruits, the user cannot swim after it has been consumed.
Change Change
This fruit allows the user to morph into the opposite gender whenever he/she desires. This will only last for a 30 minute period at a time though.

I would like to create the Change,Change Fruit. This fruit allows the user to morph into the opposite gender whenever he/she desires. This will only last for a 30 minute period at a time though.

Hmmm... Well, I had an idea for two. (Kind of experimenting since I know little to nothing about the series)
Tatsu Tatsu- Dragon Dragon
Allows the user to become a dragon (the type of dragon depending upon their personality and form). With some users they can alter their dragon forms partially or entirely, but only a handful of the most skilled can accomplish such. As with all Devil Fruits, the user cannot swim unless transformed into a river dragon or a dragon fit for the water.

Sorry but the Dragon can't be accepted, so far in the series we've only seen Zoan(animal transformation type of Devil fruit)type fruits only with realistic creatures, not mythilogical ones.
The Wind one is perfect, I actually had an idea for a Kaze Kaze Fruit that had that exact power but I guess you beat me to it. Accepted
P.S. Kaze does mean wind, so good job on that aswell.

I kinda like the sound of the kiba, kiba fruit maybe a devil fruit that allows you to become part wolf for about ten minutes but on full moons become comeplete werewolves but lose the ability to tell freind from foe.

There is already a fruit that allows you to turn in between full wolf, human, and half wolf half human. I believe its called the Inu Inu fruit: Type wolf. Check it out in the canon fruits section.

Uh, yes......
Um, how about a Mizu Mizu fruit? It is kinda a logia fruit that allows the user to become water (but when not in water form the user kinda shifts back and forth between states, never completely water but never completely human.) I was kinda curious about this, because it would make it easier to travel (being able to travel fast through water,) but i wasnt sure if you would accept it because devil fruit users cant swim. So, pretty much it would be a water logia devils fruit.

Thats a tuff one to decide, because what happens when you turn back into a human while your in the water? So Im sorry but since were not sure on the full effects and weaknesses, I cant accept that Devil Fruit, sorry.

 Well in the description it says that the default state is kinda human but kinda not. If i was in human form, i would get dizzy and sink until i changed....... but the effects out of water wouldnt be as awesome.......... Anyway, why would water be on the list of elements that it can be used with?

I have an idea, the Kage Kage fruit- This little baby makes the user a shadow guy. He can cause his shadow, or shadows if that is the case, to become substantial and fight at his side, or he could turn into a shadow-creature himself (Like on kingdom hearts)) and then go flat (Like on kingdom hearts) to move around.
